p.s: I’m not a doctor, if you feel anxious every day, go to doctor. A
little advice, please tell your friends, boyfriend and family, what is going
on, what makes anxious, explain them what you feel when you have an anxiety and
panic attack. It’s very important to them, to know, they will understand more
and if you are anxious they will know what to do. This kind of situation scares
people, it is an unknown situation. Try your best to involve them in your life.
Don’t push them away!
My daily life is a normal, but a lot of normal situations make anxious.
When I go to doctor, dentist or even when I go to Mc’Donalds I feel
anxious, under pressure, tense and worried, people makes me feel so stressed. I
feel everybody is looking at me and judging me.
Ridiculous? Probably, but it is something I can’t control it.
The fact I can’t control it makes me sick, sometimes I have panic
attacks because I can’t control my anxiety.
