ATTENTION: I’m sorry but I know this subject is not accepted for everyone.
I am only writing about it because I think it is important for young people to be informed how damaging smoking is for out health.

I started to smoke with 16 years old, only because all my friends did, I thought I was super cool. I started to think that my ‘cigarette time’ was to relax, so every time I was nervous, anxious or stressed I needed to smoke to calm me. Last year I had a really bad time when I went to the doctor and he told that I was depressed, but I needed to quit smoking. In my head that was impossible, I saw in cigarettes a release of all my stress. I didn’t quit smoking but slowly reducing. Right now is 2016 and I don’t smoke.
I feel so proud, I was hard actually it is hard, thought I fight every single day.
My life changed and my body changed.
I am healthier.

What did changed since I quit smoking?

v I sleep better;
v My feet and hands circulation is now so much better, now I’m not freezing all the time;
v Smoke diminishes the taste of food and the reduces the sense of smell;
v Cigarettes are so bad for teeth;
v You waste so much money for an addiction, so when I quit smoking, now I save a good amount of money;
v Smoking doesn’t release any stress;
v Cigarettes didn’t made skinny;
v Be more kissable;
